Enclosed storage-tank data shows coating passes cut from three to one or two, schedules shortened by 32 percent, and a corrosion protection service life of up to 20 years under specified operating conditions”, while eliminating solvent fire risk in confined spaces.
High-Solid and Water-Based Anticorrosive Coatings. The high-solid-content system, with solids of 82 percent or above, tolerates damp and poorly prepared surfaces, reducing coating consumption by about 17 percent and labor by 29 percent at equivalent dry film thickness, with salt-spray resistance reaching 6,000 hours under specified test conditions. The water-based epoxy primer replaces solvent thinner with water and, according to company data, reduces hazardous-waste generation by approximately 60 percent.
High-Temperature-Resistant Anticorrosive Coatings. Designed for flue gas ducts, electrostatic precipitators, boilers and exhaust systems, the system withstands continuous service at up to 200 degrees Celsius and resists condensing dilute acid at concentrations up to 40 percent. Reference projects show no visible substrate corrosion after eight years of service. In one application, the coating system was estimated to avoid approximately RMB 700,000 in equipment replacement costs.
Epoxy Anticorrosive Coatings. Offering heat resistance up to 250 degrees Celsius and resistance to sulfuric acid up to 40 percent concentration, the system provides static-dissipative, abrasion-resistant protection for storage tanks and process equipment, with adhesion stability above 5 megapascals and a 12-year service record in immersed chemical wastewater service.
